1.GIS Account number will be mandatory wef 1/8/2016. The salary processing of employees with incorrect a/c number or missing account number will be difficult there after.So all DDO's are requested to enter correct GIS account Nos under present salary menu. If GIS a/c no is missing or not obtained , please contact the Concearned District Insurance Officer. For Contact Details , please see www.insurance.kerala.gov.in
2.As per GO(P) -402/2011 Fin and GO(P) 57/2013/ Fin The salary disbursement of employees are permitted only through Public Sector Bank Accounts or TSB account only..Hence all DDOs are requested to update the employees bank accounts in PSB's or TSB only.Based on the list from RBI, Wrongly entered bank details are here by removed from spark .
